Ruby Tuesdays

A social group for people over 55 who live in and around Conwy town

Ruby Tuesdays have been postponed until January.

Normal service will resume in 2023

Here’s what we are about!

If you’re over 55, live in and around Conwy town and really need to get out more… here’s your chance.

Make friends, socialise, learn a bit, taste and drink a bit (!), have a laugh… it’s all up for grabs.

And it’s free, thanks to our supporters at the Community Foundation Wales.

We will be meeting at the same place and same time as before:

St Mary’s Hall, Rosehill Street

2pm – 4pm on Tuesdays January to April in 2023

So… what’s on?

Here’s a taste of what the timetable will include in the New Year 2023…

We will be drumming with Alan Collinson. A session that is more meditation than Keith Moon. Get zenned out and bring a drum if you have your own.

We will be visiting a garden/orchard in Llandudno Junction with Bardsey apple saviour Ian Sturrock. BYO apples for identification.

Bodnant Garden’s new head gardener Ned Lomax talks about this first season at the garden and what he has planned for 2023.

Tea and wine tasting, astronomy, jazz, rhythm and blues, are all in the pipeline for 2023

Previously on Ruby Tuesdays…

Local band The Secret entertained us at our last get together in April. They are so secret we don’t even have a photo!
